Time of delivery
Stock Items
Items held in stock will be despatched within 24 hours of us receiving your
order. If you have ordered a number of items, these will be despatched as
they become available. We will not hold up your entire order waiting for
an out-of-stock item or new release to arrive in stock.
Out of Stock Items
In most cases, out-of-stock (back-order) items are on order from the manufacturers.
In some cases, we may be awaiting or researching information from one or
more of our suppliers. When we receive the product, we will ship it to you
promptly. Back-order titles usually come into stock within 1 to 2 weeks but
can occasionally take longer. If your order is not ready to ship within 10
days, we will send you an update via e-mail. If for any reason we determine
that a back-ordered item will no longer be available at all, we will notify
you immediately by e-mail, cancel the item from your order and delete the
item from our catalogue. We will refund your payment for this item or you
may select an alternative of the same value.
C.O.C.
We will check as to how far we are able to process your order. Only then will
we decide as to how far we accept your received offer. Usually this is done
by us sending out the order. If you have indicated an email address you will
receive a notice of arrival. By confirming your order or sending out the order
our part of the contract has accordingly been fullfilled.
Damaged deliveries
Please make sure
that you receive an undamaged package (if necessary open the package in the
presence of the postman). Do not in any case accept a damaged
delivery (e.g. if it is open or similar) since by doing this you implicitly
confirm the reception of undamaged items.
Return policy
We want you to
be satisfied with our service, so all orders can be exchanged or returned
within 2 weeks.
As a buyer, you
are not obliged by law to state reasons for returning the goods. Nevertheless,
we
would ask you to give us with the return your bank details (including IBAN
and BIC). This is very important to give you back your money. If those datas
are not included in your return, we are forced to credit the amount to your
customer account.Please ensure that your return consignment is adequately
stamped,
and send
it to our
returned goods section using the most cost-efficient
route.

Once the goods have been returned within the stated period, the purchase contract
will be nullified and we will issue you with a credit note to cover the returned
goods. In certain circumstances, we may be able to credit your credit card
account or bank account with the relevant amount. We will replace goods in
respect of which you have issued a complaint. If the item is no longer available,
we will reimburse you for the purchase price and postage costs. We will always
bear any postage costs in the event of a justified complaint (faulty goods,
incorrect delivery or similar)! |
